LexTech Ecosystem Limited, a leading IT company specializing in automating legal and judicial processes, recently concluded a comprehensive training program for the Enugu State High Court Staff/Registrars. This initiative is part of the ongoing digitalization and automation project aimed at transforming court operations for enhanced efficiency and transparency.

The training, held from August 12th to 22nd, 2024, focused on familiarizing court staff with the cutting-edge digital solutions LexTech Ecosystem Limited is deploying in the state. These solutions include the Innovative Case Management System, E-affidavit, E-probate, E-lis pendens, and Virtual Hearing Solutions. The program was divided into two batches, with Batch A participating from August 12th to 16th and Batch B from August 19th to 22nd.

The first day of training introduced participants to the concept of a technology mindset, emphasizing the importance of embracing digital tools in the modern workplace. The Court staff were also provided with a basic overview of computer operations to ensure all attendees had the foundational knowledge required for the hands-on sessions.

The subsequent days focused on practical demonstrations of LexTech Ecosystem Limited’s solutions. Participants were guided through the use of the new systems, with special attention given to the Case Management System and E-affidavit solutions. On the final day, the participants learned how to access and use these solutions via mobile devices, highlighting the flexibility of the new systems.

A highlight of the event was the prize presentation at the end of the program, where nine participants were awarded for their exceptional performance during the training. These individuals, drawn from both batches, demonstrated outstanding proficiency in the use of the new tools.
